Rembi
Product design and experience leadership for a personal health record app
Introduction
Rembi gives people one place for their health — records, medications, vaccinations and lab results — built around a simple idea: you own your health data, and you decide who gets access to what.
As Product Design and Experience Lead, I shape how that idea becomes an everyday experience: how people build a complete picture of their health, understand what it means, and use it to make better decisions — on their own or together with a doctor, specialist or family member.
Collect
Never start from scratch again
One of the clearest pain points in our early research was repetition. Every new doctor, specialist or provider can mean explaining your history again — while records, results and medications remain scattered across different systems.
Rembi is designed to remove that burden. Health information is continuously collected and structured with as little effort as possible, creating a record that becomes more useful over time.
The goal isn't to make people better at managing health data. It's to make sure they don't have to.
Understand
From information to action
Having all your health data in one place is only useful if you can understand what it means for you.
Rembi turns complex results, medical history and ongoing health information into a conversation — helping people understand what's happening, ask better questions and see what they can actually do about it.
That matters because better health often comes down to behaviour: what we eat, how we move, sleep, recover and manage stress. Understanding the connection between your data and your everyday choices makes change more tangible and actionable.
And when professional care is needed, understanding your own health creates confidence. You arrive better informed, better prepared and able to have a more meaningful conversation with your doctor.
Share
Trust through control
For people to bring their full health history into Rembi, they need to trust what happens to it. Privacy and security therefore aren't background requirements — they're fundamental parts of the product experience.
People stay in control through granular, revocable sharing: choosing exactly what to share, with whom and for how long. That makes consent an everyday interaction rather than something buried in a settings page.
But sharing isn't only about access to data. It's the bridge between understanding something about your health and getting reassurance, a professional opinion, a diagnosis or treatment.
Being able to securely involve a doctor, specialist or family member creates confidence on both sides — whether you simply want confirmation that everything looks fine or need help taking the next step.
Rembi | Problems to solve

Defining the right problems is only the beginning. Making them clear, relatable and meaningful to everyone involved is what creates alignment and drives progress.
